Humanitarian donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered after reasonable verification in cases of mistaken transactions, duplicate payments, or technical errors.
You may request a refund for duplicate charges, incorrect amount deductions, unauthorized transactions, or repeated/failed payments caused by system errors.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) working days from the transaction date. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
Please provide the transaction ID, date, amount, mobile/email, and a brief description of the issue. Incomplete information may delay processing.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after verification. Timing may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
