About Us

Introduction

The Association for Integrated Development (AID) is an independent, government-approved, non-profit, charitable organization committed to the enlightenment and improvement of the lives of economically and socially deprived communities. Our primary objective is to address the fundamental needs required to create an inclusive society and empower the underprivileged members of our community. AID holds registration with the NGO Affairs Bureau of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh under registration No. 1216, issued on November 19, 1997. The last renewal occurred on February 4, 2019, effective from November 19, 2018, and valid until November 18, 2028. Furthermore, AID is also registered with the Department of Social Welfare of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, bearing registration No. Syl/346/1994, granted on August 14, 1994.

The main vision of the Association for Integrated Development (AID) is to create a more equitable and inclusive society by improving the lives of economically and socially deprived communities. The primary mission of the Association for Integrated Development (AID) is to: To diligently work towards the socio-economic advancement and well-being of economically and socially deprived communities by providing essential support, resources, and opportunities. AID is committed to fostering inclusive, sustainable development and empowering marginalized individuals, thereby contributing to a more just and equitable society. This mission encapsulates AID’s dedication to improving the lives of underserved communities and striving for long-term, positive impact in their socio-economic development.

Legal Status

The Association for Integrated Development (AID) holds legal status as a government-approved, non-profit, charitable organization in Bangladesh. AID is registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh under registration No. 1216, issued on November 19, 1997, and last renewed on February 4, 2019, valid until November 18, 2028.
